RESOLUTION NO. 77-85 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br />to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the <br />amount of said lump sum payment that the <br />officer would have received for unused <br />sick leave benefits had this option not <br />been elected. <br /> <br />(e) Disability Insurance. <br /> <br /> Effective January 1, 1978, the City shall <br />pay the full premium for a long-term disability <br />insurance plan for said officer. <br /> <br />(f) Carry Over Benefits. <br /> <br /> In addition to the benefits psecified in <br />subparagraphs (a) through (e) hereinabove, said <br />officer shall receive any and all employee <br />benefits which he or she was entitled to <br />receive on June 30, 1976, by reason of prior <br />action of the Council, provided and excepting, <br />however, that the health insurance benefit <br />shall be as provided hereinabove, and not as <br />it existed on June 30, 1976. <br /> <br /> 4.
