RESOLUTION NO. 77-93 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANAAMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD THE NEW <br />CLASS TITLE OF CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR AUTHORIZED IN <br />THE 1977-78 ANNUAL BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution <br />No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for all officers <br />and employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City of Santa Ana <br />requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a position classification <br />and pay plan subject to Civil Service Rules and Regulations and the approval of the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class to the list of class titles <br />contained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, and to allocate salary and wage <br />schedules thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as <br />amended, is hereby further amended by adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the <br />following class title at the salary range numbers on the effective dates as next <br />herein set out: <br /> <br />Class Title <br /> <br /> Salary Range Numbers <br />8-1-77 1-1-78 4-1-78 <br /> <br />Contracts Administrator <br /> <br />366 373 380 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect on August <br />16, 1977. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this 15th day of August , 1977, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br /> NOES: COUNCILMEN: <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />Ward, Yamamoto, Ortiz, Evans <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Bricken, Garthe, Brandt <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~ORENCE I.
