<br />between the curb and sidewalk and the Director of Public Works satisfactorily

<br />explained the matter. Mrs. Julia Lu~an, 622 East ~ms Street, expressed her

<br />eh,,~s to the Council and to the employees who performed the preltmt-awy work. No
<br />other persons indicating a desire to be heard, on motion of Council,~- ~!1, seco~
<br />by Hubbard amd carried, the hear~ was declared closed.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the res~n~ of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Counc~lm-- Hubbard, seconded by N,11 and carried, the followtng Resolution entitled:il
