Ogden Markel The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of COunCilman Hubbard, seconded by N~ and carried, the following Ordi~-~ce entitled: "Ordinate No. NS-~06 amena~,g Article IX of the Santa Ann MAmicipal Code creat!-g changes in district bou~a~ries and amending Sheet No. 12 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification" from R-1 a~d R-2 Districts to C-2-PK District, property consisting of appro~tmetel~ four acres, situated west of Ma~ Street and north of Roe Drive, beginn!~ at a point 275 feet north amd 150 feet west of the northwest corner of Roe Drive and Main Street; thence north 174.10 feet; thence west 1040 feet to the Freeway; thence southeasterly along the Freeway, approx~m~*~ly 180 feet, to a point; thence easterl~ to the point of b~g~nni~g, reference Planning Cc~ssion initiated amendment,No.2~6, was considered and possed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Ogden Markel On motion of Cottuei]man Gould, seconded by Nail and carried, action wms continued until March 17, 1958 on Ordinance regulating ambulances and ambulance personnel. On motion of Council.mn Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the Preliminary Map submitted by Donald O. Harwood on property located on the west side of Grand Avenue, approximately 255 feet south of Seventeenth Street, was approved subject to the conditions of the Department of Public Works. On motion of Counc~ !.~ Hubbard, seconded by N,11 and carried, the Preliminary Record of Survey Map submitted by Jesse OJeda on property situated on the south side of Seventeenth Street west of Mabury Street, beginning at a point approx- Imately 96 feet west of the center line of Mabury and Seventeenth Streets, extend- lng west on Seventeenth Street 319.40 feet, was approved subject to the conditions of the Depa~-tment of Public Works.
