<br />Tracts Nos. 3353, 3354, 3355 and 3356 filed by Boyle Engimeering Company for the
<br />Fairview Hc~es, subdivider, on property located on the south side of Fairview
<br />Avenue between Raitt Street and Clara Avenue, consisting of 314 lots, was approved
<br />subject to conditions of the Department of Public Works and p]ann!.g C,-~-,ission.
<br />Communication frc~ George Cruzen was read requesting reconsideration of condition
<br />placed on the granting of variance application permitting construction of two
<br />famtly dwellings on property at 2127 Cypress Avenue. It was moved by Counc~lw~n
<br />Hubbard, seconded by F-11 and carried, that ~ matter be refe~:i~& back to the
