Voit Rubber Corporation stating that the Council <br /> <br />agrees to enter into an agreement with respect to the improvements on property bein <br /> <br />purchased at Nuntzinger Avenue and Harbor Road, regarding paving, curb, gutter, <br /> <br />sidewalks, and also as to the drainage charge of $300.00 per net acreage. <br /> <br /> <br />
