<br />A Special Meeting was held on the call of the Mayor at 4:00 P.M.,
<br />March 28, 1958, after service of written notice thereof was delivered
<br />to' Dale H. Heinly, Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., A.A. Hall
<br />and J. Ogden Markel, and to the Tustin News, a newspaper, by United
<br />States mail posted March 25, 1958, who had demanded notice of Special
<br />Meetings.

<br /> Cotmcilman G~uld, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 58-84 of the City of Santa Ana, California
<br /> determining that the expenditure of money raised by the
<br /> sale of bonds approved by the Electors of said City as
<br /> 'Bond Proposition No. 4' at the Special Bond Election held
<br /> April 9, 19~6, for the improvement of Santiago Creek, is
<br /> impractical and unwise and that said money should not be so
<br /> expended but should be used for some other useful municipal
<br /> purpose"

<br />purpose for which the prOceeds from the sale of bonds authorized
<br />by vote of said Elecl~rs as 'Bond Proposition No. 4', On April 9,
<br />1946, might be used, from improvement WOrk in .Santiago creek to
<br />the constructing of .a building to house the Santa Aha Police
<br />Department"

<br />certain money resulting from the sale of bonds approved by the
<br />electors in a Special Election held on April 9, 19~6, to improve
<br />Santiago Creek, to the new purpose of constructing a building to
<br />house the Santa Aha Police Department"
