Heinly <br /> <br /> The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br /> Cotmcilman G~uld, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 58-84 of the City of Santa Ana, California <br /> determining that the expenditure of money raised by the <br /> sale of bonds approved by the Electors of said City as <br /> 'Bond Proposition No. 4' at the Special Bond Election held <br /> April 9, 19~6, for the improvement of Santiago Creek, is <br /> impractical and unwise and that said money should not be so <br /> expended but should be used for some other useful municipal <br /> purpose" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Reso. No. 58-85 <br />Calling Special <br />Election on June <br />3, 1958 <br /> <br />Ordinance <br />Giving notice of a <br />Special Election to <br />be held on June 3, <br /> <br />Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled <br /> <br />'Resolution No. 58-85 of the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana calling a Special Election to submit to a vote of the <br />registered electors of said City a proposition to change the <br />purpose for which the prOceeds from the sale of bonds authorized <br />by vote of said Elecl~rs as 'Bond Proposition No. 4', On April 9, <br />1946, might be used, from improvement WOrk in .Santiago creek to <br />the constructing of .a building to house the Santa Aha Police <br />Department" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Heinly <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman GoUld, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following <br /> <br />Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance ordering, calling, providing for and giving notice of a <br />Special Election to be held in the City of Santa Ana on the 3rd <br />day of June, 1958, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified <br />voters of said City a proposition to cb~e the purpose for which <br />certain money resulting from the sale of bonds approved by the <br />electors in a Special Election held on April 9, 19~6, to improve <br />Santiago Creek, to the new purpose of constructing a building to <br />house the Santa Aha Police Department" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />Reso.
