<br />It was moved by Coune~lm~ Hall, seconded by Hubbard and carried, that the Council

<br />be furnished with copies of the Ordinance regulating ambulances and ambulance
<br />
<br />personnel, as emended; said Ordinance to be presented for first reading on April
<br />
<br />7, 1958.

<br />The Council having unenimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Counc~lm~u Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution
<br />
<br />entitled:

<br />"Resolution No. 58-73 authorizing condemnation of certain real
<br />property for the widening of Delhi Road on the north side"
<br />

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled

<br />"Resolution No. 58-76 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
<br />determining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or
<br />downy nature and attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace
<br />when dry, and which are noxious and dangerous, are growing upon certain
<br />streets, sidewalks, and private property in said City of Santa Aha, and
<br />are a public nuisance: Directing the Director of Public Works to post
<br />notices to destroy said weeds as required by law; fixing the time for
<br />hearing objections and protests, and directing the abatement thereof in
<br />accordance with Chapter 13, Part 2, Division 3, Title ~ of the Government
<br />Code of the State of California"
