<br />of ~arch 17 and March 28, 1958, reading of the Minutes was dispensed
<br />with and approved on motion of Councflm~n Hubbard, seconded by Hall
<br />and carried.

<br />territory designated "Fairview and Center N.W. Annex", and there being no protests,
<br />on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the following
<br />
<br />Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory
<br />designated 'Fairviewand Center N.W. Annex'"
<br />
<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.
