RESOLUTION NO. 78-22 <br />pAGE TWO <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 33334.2 of the Health and <br />Safety Code of the State of California, the City Council finds <br />that the sale by the City of Santa Ana to the Community Redevelop- <br />ment Agency of the City of Santa Aha of that certain real pro- <br />perty situated at the northwest corner of Glenwood Place and <br />Flower Street in the City of Santa Ana, Assessor Parcel Numbers <br />15-147-10 and 15-147-11, which real property is located outside <br />the redevelopment project area, will be of benefit to the project. <br /> <br /> 2.
