<br />structions be approved and signed to sell certain property on the north side of
<br />20th Street ~-m~diate/j w~st of Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-w~, to Odessa
<br />Gilbank for the sum of $550.00.

<br />structions be approved and signed with Ralph N. Raber and Kathryn L. Raber, for an
<br />easement for street purposes on the north side of West 17th Street east of West~
<br />Avenue, for the consideration of $~O00.OO.

<br />Council finds ~-d determines that the property being sold to Odessa Gilbank is a
<br />
<br />fraction of a lot located on the north side of 20th Street ~mmediately west of
<br />Southern Pacific Railroad right~ef-way, is excess property and has no real value
<br />to any one other than the adjacent property owner.
