<br />Tentative Tract Map No. 1907 filed by Rosenberg ~n~ Young, on property consist~
<br />of 16 acres located approximately 1314 feet south of Edinger Street between the
<br />proposed Raitt Street and Rene Drive, the property to be divided into 65 single-
<br />family lots, was approved subject to conditions of the Depa~ent of Public Works
<br />and to the further condition that in event said Flood Control District Bond Issue
<br />C~,-~el F-2 is not constructed and in operation within the one y~ar period as re-
<br />quired by law, at which time the subdivider has not filed his request, an extension
<br />of time is granted until such time as ~e~el F-2 is in operation and for one y~ar
<br />thereafter.
