RESOLUTION NO. 78~42 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD THE CLASS <br />TITLE OF FACILITIES SUPERVISOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution <br />No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for all officers <br />and employees of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City of Santa Ana <br />requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a position classification <br />and pay plan subject to Civil Service Rules and Regulations and the approval of the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class to the list of class titles con- <br />tained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, and to assign salary and wage <br />schedules, thereto: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />1. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended by adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the following class title <br />at the salary range number next herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SALARY RANGE NUMBER <br /> <br />Facilities Supervisor <br /> <br />349 <br /> <br />2.
