RESOLUTION NO. 78-55 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANAAMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD THE CLASS TITLES OF ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR-REDEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT REAL ESTATE OFFICER AND DELETE <br />THE CLASS TITLE OF ASSISTANT TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution No. <br />58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for all officers and <br />employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City of Santa Aha <br />requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a position classification <br />and pay plan subject to Civil Service Rules and Regulations and the approval of the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add two new classes to the City's Classification and <br />Pay Plan, to designate such classes as being unrepresented Middle-Management, and to <br />assign to them salary and wage schedules; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS; it is also desired to delete one class from the City's Classification <br />and Pay Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />1. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, is hereby further amended by: <br /> <br />a. Adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the following class titles at <br />the salary range number indicated: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SALARY RANGE NO. <br /> <br />Assistant Executive Director-Redevelopment <br />Redevelopment Real Estate Officer <br /> <br />460 <br />440 <br /> <br />b. Deleting the existing class title of Assistant to Executive Director- <br />Redevelopment. <br /> <br />2.
