Hubbard, St~!ey C. Gould, Jr., <br /> A.A.F-~I, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Ee!~nly <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Counct ]men None <br /> <br />The Attorney or~]~y reported in regard to the petition signed by fifty-nine residents <br />in the neighborhood of the Dairy Treat, 617 West First Street~ and stated the Polic, <br /> <br />have made six arrests due to the noise and drinking in public. 0n motion of <br /> <br />Counctlm~n Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the Attorney was instructed to <br /> <br />interview the citizens in the area and submit a report as to his investigation at <br /> <br />the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on mo~ion of <br /> <br />Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitle~: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 58-171 concerning parking lfmftations and curb <br />~kings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />abolishing the one-hour par~ng l~tations on both sides of East Fourth Street <br /> <br />between Garfield Avenue and the Southern Pacific Railway, reference request of <br /> <br />Brandon Manufacturing Corporation, etal, was considered and passed by the following <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
