On motion of Counctlm-~ Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the rec~*.~ndation of the Planning Co~aission was approved and the request of W. W. and John M. Hoy granted for a reduction in front yard setback in Tract No. 3296 from 60 feet to a minimum of 50 feet from the center line of the street, on property located approx- imately 1100 feet north of Delhi Road, 2100 feet south of Edinger Street and approx~ fm~tely 950 feet east of the 01d Fairview Road, consisting of 97 lots. On rec.~...~udation of the Planning Department and on motion of CouncJlm-~ Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, Revised Tentative Tract Map No. 2041, filed by Midco,I! was approved on the additional thirteen acres extending the tract boundary westerly to the center line of New Fairview Avenue, on property located at the northeast corner of Delhi Road and New Fairview Avenue, subject to conditions. On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Markel and carried, Map of Tract No. 2R60' filed by Midco, for the dedication of Greenville Street, St. Gertrude Place, ~nehur~ Place, Maywood Avenue, Pendleton Avenue, Olenarbor Street, Everglade Street, Delhi Road, Fairview Boulevard and a service road and dedicating easement for sewer and drainage purposes shown on the map and all vehicular access rights to lots abutting Delhi Road and Fairview Boulevard, and bond in the amount of $228,000.00 were approved, license tax in the sma of $9~50.00 accepted and agreement covering impro~- ments~s ~rdered signed. It was moved by Counctlm~u Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, that escrow in- structions be approved and signed for property at the northeast corner of Greenvill~ Street and Delhi Road, for Fire Station site, purchased from Midco, a California corporation, for the s~m of $6000.00. It was moved by Councilm~n Hubbard, seconded by ~a]'l and carried, that escrow in- structions be approved and signed for certain properties with the following persons: Harriet Stevens Coffin for property at 6~1 North Patton Street, in Civic Center, for the ~m~ of $12,250.00, and Alfred W. and Relen E. Brady for an easement for street purposes over property on the north side of Delhi ~oad east of Rousselle Street, for the s~ of $269.80.
