<br />The Council having ,m~uimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Ord~n~uce No. NS-334 amending Article IX of the Santa Aha
<br /> MAmicipal Code to cha~ge the district classification of
<br /> certain property and to adopt Sectional District Map 34-5-10'
<br />
<br />to reclassify from the R-1 District to the M-1 District property recently annexed tc
<br />the City, known as the "Huntzinger and Harbor N.E. Annex", c~nsisting of approx-
<br />imately 8.029 acres, situated on the north side of Huntzinger Avenue, beginning at
<br />a point 1026.44 feet east of the intersection of the north line of Huntzinger Avenue
<br />with the center line of Harbor Boulevard, with a frontage of 236.36 feet on
<br />
<br />Avenue and extending north for a depth of 1272.83 feet, reference Amendment No. 253
<br />initiated by the Planning Commission, was considered and passed by the following
