<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ord3~nce, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:

<br />"Ordinance No. NS-330 amending Article IX of the Santa Ana
<br />Municipal Code to ch~-~e the district classification of
<br />certain property and to adopt Sectional District Map 25-5-10"
<br />
<br />to reclassify property recently ,-~exed known as the "Delhi and Main S. W. Annex",
<br />
<br />consisting of approximately 40 acres, situated on the west side of South Main Street
<br />
<br />between Delhi Road and the Pacific Electric Railway; from the R-1 District to the C-1
<br />
<br />District, those portions of said property within the east 322 feet thereof, measured
<br />
<br />from the center line of Main Street, and within the north 242 feet thereof, measured
<br />
<br />from the center line of Delhi Road, the remainder of said property to be reclassified
<br />
<br />from the R-1 District to the M-1 District, reference Amendment No. 248 filed by C.W.
<br />
<br />Baxter and Lucile G. Frazer, for the estate of L. Adrian McCain, was considered and
<br />
<br />passed by the following vote:
