W. <br />Marsh-11 and Sons for four 35 foot driveways on the northwest corner of Fifth and <br />Bristol Streets for the new Shell Oil Company service station, w~s granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of <br />Gallion Telephone Answering Service was denied, on reccemaendatlon of the curb usage <br />comittee, for a two-hour parking zone on Eighth Street between Bush and Spurgeon <br />Streets. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Counc~ma~ Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution ent%tled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 58-217 concerning parking limitations and curb markings <br /> in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />for the establishment of four vision zones on Oollege Avenue and on Fifteenth <br /> <br />Street, reference request of F.
