<br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />Invocation was given by Reverend Don Jordan of the First United
<br />Presbyterian Church.
<br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes
<br />of August 18, 1958, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved
<br />on motion of Counc~lma~ Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried.

<br />was closed. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution,

<br />on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following
