Wilson, et al, Santa Aha High School District of Orange County, Roy <br /> <br />Russell et ux, Blanche S. Forgy et al, Horace J. Stevens et al, and Orange County <br /> <br />Title Company, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Ogden Markel <br />None <br />D~le H. ~iuly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-341 amending Article IX of the Santa Aha <br />Municipal Code to change the district classification of certain <br />property and to adopt Sectional District Map 7-5-9" <br /> <br />to reclassify frem C-2 and R-1 Districts to C-I-PK District, property situated on <br /> <br />the south side of 17th Street between Lincoln Avenue and Fairmont Street, reference <br /> <br />Amendment No. 257 filed by Edgar E. Cox, was considered and passed by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, St-nley C. Gould, Jr., <br /> A.A.Hall, J. Heinly <br /> <br />On motion of Counctl-~n Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, proper officials <br /> <br />were authorized to execute agreement dated September 2, 1958, with Internatio~-I <br /> <br />Business Machines Corporation, for IBM machine service comprising the use of one <br /> <br />accounting machine, one reproducing s,~,m,ry punch and one collator. <br /> <br />At the oral request of the Diremtor of Public ~orks and on motion of Councilman <br /> <br />seconded by Hubbard and carried, the employment of Leroy Cranda] 1 and Associates <br /> <br />was approved for soil investigation for the Library and Police Buildings. <br /> <br />On motion of Counc~!man Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, permission was <br /> <br />granted Santa Aha Rertoma Club to set up an automobile safety check program during <br /> <br />the week of October 13, 1958, on the east side of North Sycamore Street at the Army <br /> <br />Reserve Training Center driveway and extending north to the Knickerbocker lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
