<br />passed by the following vote:

<br />to adopt Sectional District Map lO-5-10"

<br />of Fifth Street, beginning at a point approximately ~O0 feet east of the east line
<br />
<br />of the Santa Ana River, with a frontage of 324.56 feet on Fifth Street and a depth
<br />
<br />of 706.60 feet, reference Amendment No. 256 filed by Phillip Bernstein, was con-

<br />On motion of Councilmen Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the petition signed
<br />
<br />by forty persons requesting annexation to the City of property located west of the
<br />
<br />City limits and south of Westminster Avenue was received, filed and the Manager
<br />
<br />instructed to secure the necessary reporlsand institute proceedings to annex the
<br />
<br />property to the City.

<br />On motion of Counc!lm~n Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the oral r~cluest
<br />
<br />of the M~o~er was granted to negotiate procurement of State right-of-way for new
<br />
<br />Fairview Avenue approximately 450 feet north of Edinger Street.
