<br />hearing was closed. On motion of Councilma~ ~ottld, seconded by Hubbard and carried,
<br />the following Ordinance entitled:

<br />On motion of Counc~]m.n Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, Preliminary Record
<br />of Survey Map filed by ~mny N~mses, Inc., on a division of land for the property
<br />beg~-~ng at the northwest corner of 15th Street and Towner Street, having a frontage
<br />of 61.B4 feet on Towner, appro~metely 110 feet north of 15th Street and 6~.25 feet
<br />of frontage on 15th Street, approximately 1~4 feet west of Towner Street, was
<br />approved subject to conditions.

<br />Edinger Street and north of Harvard Street, consisting of appro~!,~tely 46 acres, or
<br />190 lots, was approved subject to conditions.

<br />On motion of Counc~!m-~ Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, Map of Tract No.
<br />2772 filed by Sol Vista ltc~s, Inc., a Corporation, for the dedication of Lowell
<br />~treet, Ramona Drive, Olive Street, Flower Street and Central Avenue, also for the
<br />dedication of al~ access rights to Flower Street, and bond in the sum of $88,000.00
<br />were approved, license tax in the sum of $4800.00 accepted and agreement covering
<br />improvements was ordered signed.

<br />months as requested, on Variance No. 969 granted March 17, 1958, to pex~nit the use
<br />of property situated at 1425 East Fruit Street, for construction of a two-story,
<br />four-unit multiple-family apartment building.

<br />Communication was read from the Planning C~ission reccmanending approval of Variance
<br />Application No. 1029 filed by Robert E. Mason, to permit construction of an eight-
<br />unit, instead of a ten-,m!t apartment building, as requested, on property at ~25-27
