Council Chamber Santa Ana City Hall October 17, 1958. 5:00 P.N. A Special Meeting was held on the call of the Mayor, at 5:00 P.M., October l?, 1958, after service of written notice thereof was delivered to Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., A. A. Hall and J. Ogden Markel and a copy of notice mailed to the Tustin News, a newspaper~ at 10:30 A.M., October 16, 1958. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. Present: Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr., A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Absent: Councilmen Notice Special Meeting Dale H. Heinly Royal E. Hubbard. On motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by Markel and carried, the notice of special meeting of the City Council, called by Mayor Dale H. Heinly to be held at 5:00 Report Boundary Commission "Sullivan and Edinger Annex" e ~ %q P.M. October 17, 1958, was received and filed. ,, On motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by Markel and carried, the notice of report of the action taken by the Boundary Commission of Orange County as to the definite- ness and certainty of the proposed boundaries of the "Sullivan and Edinger Annex", Affidavit of Publication to Circulate Petition for annexation was accepted. On motion of Councilman Narkel, seconded by Hall and carried, the affidavit of publication dated October 17, 1958, of a notice of intention to circulate petition for annexation of territory to the City of Santa Ana, with reference to the"Sulli- Reso. No. 58-259 Approving ~ir~lation of Petition - "Sullivan and EdingerAnnex" van and Edinger Annex", was received and filed. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Markel and carried, the follow~ng Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 58-259 acknowledging the receipt of a copy of Notice of Intention to circulate petition for annexation of territory designated 'Sullivan and Edinger Annext, the statement accompanying such notice, an affidavit of publication thereof and approving the circulation of the petition"
