Gould, Jr., A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard On motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by Markel and carried, the notice of report of the action taken by the Bounds~y Commission of Orange County as to the definite- ness and certainty of the proposed boundaries of the '~est Santa Ana Annex", was accepted. On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Markel and carried, the affidavit of publication dated October 17, 1958, of a notice of intention to circulate petition for annexation of territory to the City of Santa Ana, with reference to the 'W~est Santa Ana Annex", was received and filed. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 58-260 acknowledging the receipt of a copy of Notice of Intention to circulate petition for annexation of territory designated 'West Santa Ana Annex~, the statement accompanying such notice, an affi- davit of publication thereof and approving the circulation of the petition" was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould Jr., A. A. Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard On motion of CSuncilman Gould, seconded by Hall and carried, the City Council adjourned.
