J.E.Johnson, 854 McFadzlen Street, stated he represented the <br />fifty-one protestants on the petition, and strenuously objected to a m-rket being <br />built in the residential area near their h~mes. Kenneth R. Turtenwald, 8~ <br />McFadden Street, spoke a~out the noise an~ traffic resulting fr~a the operation of <br />this type of bus~---ss. Berb Rys~-, 902 McFad~len Street, also objected to the <br />granting of the variance and the proposed alley in front of his house. Attorney <br />Smedegaax~, representing the ~ant, informed the Council that a .m.11 m, rket <br />is needed in the section and it would be operated as a Tiny Tim Market.
