<br /> houses on each lot on property situated at 529 East Adams Street, consisting of
<br /> two lots, in R-1 District, subject to conditions.

<br /> garage and shed at rear of the property, and to blacktop the entire area at rear
<br /> of the house, on property situated at ll7 West Fifteenth Street, in R-3 District,
<br /> subject to conditions of the Planning Commission and the additional condition that
<br /> a bond be posted, the amount to be estimated by the Department of Public Works,
<br /> guaranteeing the completion of the blacktopping within a period of three months.

<br /> ch--~es or alterations, the offices to be used for any professional office uses
