McGra_~/to permit the construction of a one-story triplex, with one two- <br /> <br /> bedroom and two one-bedroom apartments, with a two-car garage, and remove the old <br /> building, on property situated at 1106 Cypress Avenue, in R-2 District. <br /> <br /> On motion of Co%%nctlman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the reco~aendation <br /> of the P]-n-~-E Co~ission was approved and Variance Application No. lOgO of Martha <br /> Koofolis was granted to permit decrease in distance between two single faintly <br /> dwellings existing on the property situated at 2303 ~st Sixth Street, in R-2 <br /> District, from the required 15 feet to lO feet. <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman ~ll, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the rec~ndation <br /> of the PI-n-lng C~mm~ssion was approved and Variance Application No. 1041 of Daniel <br /> Estrada granted to permit construction of two one-story, two-bedroom single-family <br /> houses on each lot on property situated at 529 East Adams Street, consisting of <br /> two lots, in R-1 District, subject to conditions. <br /> on motion of ¢ounc~m-n Hubbard, seconded by Nall and carried, the recomm~ndation <br /> of the Planning Commtssion was approved and Variance Application No. 1043 of Marvin <br /> M. and Elizabeth Reil Rohrs granted to permit the use of existing single-family <br /> house for office and studio of an interior decorator, to demolish the existing <br /> garage and shed at rear of the property, and to blacktop the entire area at rear <br /> of the house, on property situated at ll7 West Fifteenth Street, in R-3 District, <br /> subject to conditions of the Planning Commission and the additional condition that <br /> a bond be posted, the amount to be estimated by the Department of Public Works, <br /> guaranteeing the completion of the blacktopping within a period of three months. <br /> <br /> On motion of Connc~]m-n Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the recommendation <br /> of the Pl---~ng C~ission was approved and Variance Application No. 10~ of Jessee <br /> and Lillian OJeda granted to convert the two existing apartments on property <br /> situated at 1720 East 17th Street, in R-1 District, into four offices without <br /> ch--~es or alterations, the offices to be used for any professional office uses <br /> excepting those of doctors, dentists and persons engaged in any form of healing, <br /> subject to conditions. <br /> <br />i-m <br /> <br /> <br />
