No. 58-275 <br />Accept deeds <br />Leo Yost Cole et al <br />Sol Vista Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Planning Oon~nission recommending approval for a <br />setback line to be established 60 feet from the center line of Cedar Street, on <br />the east side, frc~ St. Andrew Place to the termtn-tion of Ce~-r Street at present, <br />reference petition signed by approximately 15 persons requesting that the front <br />yard requirements on the south 100 feet of vacant property, zoned R-B, situated on <br /> <br />the east side of South Co,aw Street, beginning at a point 415 feet north of the <br /> be restricted <br />center line of St. Andrew Place, thence north to the end of the street,_~o reason- <br /> <br />ably conform to their ho~es. The Council having ,,~nanimously waived the reading of <br />the Resolution, on motion of Council,~n Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 58-273 declaring intention to establish Setback <br /> lines along the east side of Cedar Street, beginning at a point <br /> 415 feet north of the center line of St. Andrews Place" <br /> <br />setting the date of hearing on December 1, 1958, was considered and passed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />No~s, COnncf 1 <br />AbSent, Connc~ ~ men <br /> <br />Royal E. Neinly <br /> <br />On motion of Counc~!man Gould, Seconded by Hubbard and carried, the communication <br /> <br />from the Pl~n~ing Commission recommending approval of proposed ~exation of property <br /> <br />consisting of approximatel~ 57.3 acres, situated on the south side of Garden Grove <br /> <br />Boulevard, west of the Santa Ama River, and designated "Memory T.ane . Santa Aha <br /> <br />River Southwest Annex", was received and filed. <br /> <br />It was moved by Couneflm~ Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, that the rec~n- <br /> <br />mendation of the p~nning C,',,m,~ssion be approved and Z. A. Overbach and M. Marlin <br /> <br />be required to file another application for Variance, at a fee of only $5.00, <br /> <br />reference oral request for a ninety day extension of time on Variance Application <br /> <br />No. 9~1, on property situated on the first lot north of 415 Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />The ~Aucil having ,,~nimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 58-274 approving map, declaring intention to <br />vacate certain ,,nn~w~-d ~11ey~ SOUth of Delhi Road and east <br />of Main Street, and fixing time and place of hearing thereon" <br /> <br />setting the date of hearing on December 15, 1958, was considered and passed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Counc~,~u <br /> <br />Royal E.
