Bilbbard, ST~-ley C. Gould~ Jr., A.A.Nall, J. Ogden Markel Noes, Councf l~n None Absent, Counciimen D~e H. Hein~y On motion of Couuc41~n Hubbard~ seconded by Gould and carried, the request of Enudsen Creamery Canpany was granted ~o use ~lson D~ive between Dyer Ro~d and F~st A~on Street, for the l~-~ose of conductin~ brake detanator tests used in the dr~ver training pro~re~, for t~o or three afternoons between the hours of 2:00 P.M. ~nd 4:00 ?.M. oaly, subject to conditions. The Council having ~m~imoualy ~ived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Go~d, seconded by Hubbard and c~ied, the foL~o~ng Resolution entitled.. "Resolution No. 58-27~ concerning l~rking l~mitations and curb nmrk~ngs ~n accordance therewith" removing three red zones and establish~ ~O red zones on the south side of S~th Street between Birch Street and Bl~dway, as rec._-...,~uded by ~he Repa~cment of Public ~orks, ~ms considered and passed by ~he follo~ng vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Heinly On motion of Counc~lma~ Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the oral request of V. ~nAth was granted for a 63 foot driveway on Fifteenth Street at College Avenue, subject to a condition. The Council havtng ,,nantmounly waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Counc~lma- Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 58-280 concerning parking limitations and curb markfngs in accordance therewith" establishing a bus loading zone on the west side of Baker Street between Edinger Street and St. Audrew Place, and establishing a green zone on the w~st side of Baker Street between Edinger Street and St. Andrew Place, as requested by the South- land Bus Lines, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity was approved for ~illiam F. Acker, dba Acker Ambulance Service, Associated Ambulance Service, 1907 North M~in Street, for the operation of three ambulances. On motion of Counc~lm~n Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, action was continued until November 17, 1958 on the application of Edith M. Paine, dba American Ambulance Service, ~20 South Flower Street, Orange. On motion of Counc~lm~n Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, permission was granted La~-~' & Jack Builders, Inc., to delete the n~-e of Glide Sales, Inc., frc~ their list of sub-contractors as shown on their bid for the construction of Fire Station No. 7.
