Netcalf was granted for an increase in two driveWay widthsf~ S5 feet to 4B <br />feet on North Main Street at Metc~lf Plaza. <br /> <br />Commmmication was presented from John E. Bacbm~n, General Contractor, requesting <br />the matter be taken under advisement reference to Variance Application No. 1006 <br />of Julian Bowles et ux, wherein the existing carports on property at 4lB East <br />Chestnut Street, in R-2 District, were ordered removed by the Council on November <br />~, 1958, and on motion of Counc~lm~ Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the <br />communication was received and filed. Mr. Baebm~n stated he did not wish to tear <br />down the carports which the Building Department Stated were in violation of the <br />Building Code.
