<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of

<br />Norman G. ~ng was approved for a 29 foot driveway approach to accommodate a three-

<br />car garage with apartments above, at the southwest co~ner of Fifth and Lacy Streets.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the curb usage c~,m~ttee and on motion of Councilman Hubbard,
<br />
<br />seconded by Gould and carried, no action was taken in regard to request of S. H.
<br />
<br />Kress & Co. for additional space for a loading zone on Fifth Street between ~4ain
<br />~M~asttr~ s.
<br />and Bush Streets, and the matter referred to the Police Department for enforcement_/
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />markings in accordance therewith"
<br />
