No. 58-29B <br />Establish "No Parking' <br />on Broadway between <br />First and Walnut Sts. <br /> <br />to the Chief of Police and the personnel handling this particular patrol. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of <br /> <br />Norman G. ~ng was approved for a 29 foot driveway approach to accommodate a three- <br /> <br />car garage with apartments above, at the southwest co~ner of Fifth and Lacy Streets. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the curb usage c~,m~ttee and on motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br /> <br />seconded by Gould and carried, no action was taken in regard to request of S. H. <br /> <br />Kress & Co. for additional space for a loading zone on Fifth Street between ~4ain <br />~M~asttr~ s. <br />and Bush Streets, and the matter referred to the Police Department for enforcement_/ <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 58-29~ concerning parking limitations and curb <br />markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />removing a bus loa~ng zone on Bush Street at Third Street, as rec.=~emded by the <br /> <br />Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Counct lm~n <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Counc~ 1 me.n <br /> <br />Royal E.
