<br />who reside in said territory have signed the petition; that there are 3088 registex~

<br />voters residing in said te~.~-itory; and the n~ber of voters who signed said petition

<br />is 49.09~ of all the voters residing in said territory. On motion of Coune~m~

<br />in that certain territory herein desalinated 'West Santa Aha Annex~ to
<br />submit the question of ----xation to the City of Santa Aha to the
<br />electors residing in said territory and fixing a day and hour for
<br />property owners to show cause why said territory should not be ~exed"
