<br />"ltesolution No. 58-297 declaring intention to call a Special
<br />Election in that certain territory herein designated '$,31ivan
<br />and Edinger Annex' to submit the questicm of annexation to the
<br />City of Santa Aha to the electors residing in said territory
<br />and fixing a day and hour for property owners to show cause why
<br />said territory should not be ~-~exed"
<br />
<br />setttng the date of hearing on December 29, 1958, at 8:00 P.M., was considered

<br />the District that the City of Santa Ana does not Wish to pay out of municipal funds

<br />any portion of the amount of taxes to be derived fr~m the area of the Metrepolitan
<br />
<br />Water District lying within the City, for the fiscal year 1959-1960.
