<br />Variance Application No. 995 filed by San~a M~ria Pump and Implement Company, to
<br />permit a gasoline service station to be constructed on property at 2238 Magnolia
<br />Avenue and 2235-2239 Bristol Street, in R-~ and R-2 Districts, and the existing
<br />buildings to be removed frc~ the property to make roc~ for the proposed development.
<br />This being the date set for hearing proposing to modify Resolution of ~ntention No.
<br />58-129 by ch~ing the portion of the cost that will be paid by the City from the
<br />amount of $2,000.00 to $4,637.00 for improvements in Assessment District No. 198,
<br />Daisy, Pine and Myrtle Streets; no protests were received. The Council having
<br />unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Coll~c~lr~n Hubbard,
<br />seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitled~
<br />

<br /> ordering certain modifications in the Resolution of Intention for
<br /> Assessment District No. 198 (Daisy Avenue)
