Heinly Noes, Councf 1men None Absent, Councilmen None ~A petition was presented signed by fifteen property owners on the east side of South Cedar Street between St. Andrews Place and a point 415 feet north of the center line of St. Andrews Place, then north approxfmately 500 feet to end of !' Street, requesting the subject property be restricted on front yard setback require- ments to the same setback as their homes, which is 60 feet from the center line of Cedar Street. Edward Hall stated he proposed to retain the portion south of Occidental Street extended and dedicate one-half of said street. The Mayor state~ that Preliminary Record of Survey Map, Lot 2 Tract No. 992, shows an easterly ex- tension of Occidental Street which separates the protestants property and the area
