<br />~A petition was presented signed by fifteen property owners on the east side of
<br />
<br />South Cedar Street between St. Andrews Place and a point 415 feet north of the
<br />
<br />center line of St. Andrews Place, then north approxfmately 500 feet to end of !'
<br />Street, requesting the subject property be restricted on front yard setback require-
<br />ments to the same setback as their homes, which is 60 feet from the center line of
<br />Cedar Street. Edward Hall stated he proposed to retain the portion south of
<br />
<br />Occidental Street extended and dedicate one-half of said street. The Mayor state~
<br />that Preliminary Record of Survey Map, Lot 2 Tract No. 992, shows an easterly ex-
<br />
<br />tension of Occidental Street which separates the protestants property and the area
<br />
