Edward Hall stated he proposed to retain the portion south of <br /> <br />Occidental Street extended and dedicate one-half of said street. The Mayor state~ <br />that Preliminary Record of Survey Map, Lot 2 Tract No. 992, shows an easterly ex- <br /> <br />tension of Occidental Street which separates the protestants property and the area <br /> <br /> <br />
