On motion of Coanctlm~n Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the c~maunication from Leonard Ross, 517 North Flower Street, protesting against the installation of the "No Parking" regulation between 4 and 6 P.M. on North Flower Street, stating his business has dropped considerably due to the regulation, and report from the Department of Public Works recommending that no change be made in the parking regu- lations, were received, filed and the applicant notified of the action. Stinson for a Special License to preach at the northeast corner of Fourth and Bush Streets and to use three or four electric guitars in connection with the services, on Saturday evening at the hour of 6:00 P.~., for an indefinite period, was granted for the times and on the dates set forth in the application, excluding the use of musical instruments and for a period of si~ty days.
