100 Council Chamber Santa Aha City Hall February 2, 1959. 7:30 P.M. City Council met in regular session. ~4~eting ca11 ed to order by the Vice-Mayor. Present: Count11 men Absent: Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, S$~n]ey C. Gould, Jr., A.A.Eall, J. Ogden ~arkel Dale H. Neinly The Pledge of Allegiance was given. Invocation was given by Reverend Quinn Beebe of the Richland Avenue Methodist Church. Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of January 19, 1959, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of Counctlm~u Gould, seconded by Hall and carried. Hearing This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, Amendment Amend. Appl. 267 Initiated by Planning Commission Ordinance Application No. 267 initiated by the Planning Commission, was considered to re- classify from C-1-PK District to the C-2-PK District property bounded on the north by Delhi Road, on the east by Main Street, on the south by the Pacific Electric Railway right-of-way, and on the west by a line approximately ~22 feet west of the center line of Main Street, and that Sectional District Map 25-5-10 be amended and approved in accordance with Exhibit "D" to show such reclassification. On motion of Counct~m-u Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa ~na Municipal Code to change district classification of certain property and to amend Sectional District Map 25-5-10" ! Preliminary Record of Survey Map Margaret L. Hall was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, Preliminary Record of Survey Map filed by Margaret L. Hall on property situated generally at the north- west corner of the intersection formed by the prolongation of Edinger Street and Standard Avenue, was approved subject to conditions.
