<br />the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, and Marion Suttner, Clerk of the Council,
<br />
<br />with a petition for alternative writ of mandate an~ order staying further proceed-

<br />ings, and S~,m~nns in the case of the City of Garden Grove, a Municipal Corporation,

<br />Road, east of Main St.
<br />Reso. 59-30 declaring
<br />vacation and abandonment

<br />other bids rejected.

<br />This being the date set for hearing on the vacation of certain ,,nn~,e.d al]eys south
<br />of Delhi Rend and east of Main Street; no protests were received and the hearing
<br />was declared closed. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the
<br />Resolution, on motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by Hall and carried, the fol-
<br />
<br />lowing Resolution entitled:

<br /> certain ,m~emed alleys south of Delhi Rend and east of Main
