Hubbard The Council having ,~-~ntmously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Counc~2mau Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 59-34 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha proposing modifications in the work to be done in those proceedings for the improvement of Main Street instituted pursuant to Resolution No. 58-118" for street lighting system on Main Street from Edinger Street to Delhi Road, in Assessment District No. 201, and setting the date of hearing on March 2, 1959, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., A.A.Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly None None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 59-37 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana setting a hearing for the purpose of determining whether or not the public convenience and necessity require the improvement of Towner Street and other streets in the City of Santa Ana" in Assessment District No. 202, setting the date of hearing on March 2, 1959, was considered and passed by the following vote:
