<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br />"Resolution NO. 59-79 concerning parking limitations and curb
<br />markings in accordance therewith"
<br />
<br />eliminating parking on the north side of Tenth Street between the center line of
<br />
<br />Hawley and English Streets, as recommended by the Department of Publlic Works, was
<br />
<br />considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />Henry T., Nellie R., Veronica P., Jeanette H., Yvonne de C., and Ann Segerstrom,
<br /> granting an easement
<br />consideration of $635.55~_for street purposes along the westerly side of Harbor
<br />
<br />Boulevard north of Talbert Avenue.

<br />"Resolution No. 59-80 accepting a deed granting easement for
<br />street purposes along the west side of Harbor Boulevard, north
<br />of Talbert Avenue, where the City is paying cash consideration"
<br />
<br />to Anton H., Harold T., Harold T. Jr., Henry T., Nellie R., Veronica P., Jeanette
<br />
<br />H., Yvonne de C., and Ann Segerstrom, granting an easement for street purposes aleng
<br />
<br />the westerly side of Harbor Boulevard north of Talbert Avenue, was consid, ered and
<br />
<br />passed by the following vote:
<br />
<br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., A.A.Hall,

<br />On motion of Counc~m~ Gould, seconded by Markel and carried, the Manager was
<br />
<br />authorized to prepare an agreement~ for submission to the City Council, with
<br />
<br />Messrs. Jack R. Finnegan and James R. Wilde, Architects, for preparation of plans
<br />
<br />and specifications for a Con~nunity Center and Recreational facilities at E1 Salvador
<br />
<br />Park, not to exceed the rates normally charged for such services.
<br />
<br />On motion of Coune~lm~u Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the City Council
<br />
<br />adjourned to Tuesday, April 14, 1959, at 5:00 P.M., in the Council Chamber.
