RESOLUTION NO. 79- 152 <br /> <br />Commodity charge to be added to said standby charge: <br /> <br />All water supplied as recorded by the detector meter <br />(fire meter portion): <br /> <br />Per 100 Cubic Feet <br /> <br />$ 0.42 <br /> <br />In the event of a fire certified by the Fire Chief, the <br />charge will be adjusted to exclude water used for fire suppression. <br /> <br /> (4) Private fire service rates without detector check valves, <br />bi-monthly standby charge: <br /> <br /> The charges shall double the rates for private fire services <br />with detector check valves. <br /> <br />(5) Fire hydrant rates: <br /> <br /> Public fire hydrant rates shall be two dollars and sixty-one <br />cents {$2.61) per month per hydrant. <br /> <br /> (6) Surcharge for Acquisition: That a surcharge of One Dollar <br />($1.00) per month is to be levied and collected for each water service <br />to which water is supplied by the City, or to which a standby service <br />is provided, pursuant to Section 31-21 of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code, for those services acquired by the City of Santa Ana under and <br />pursuant to that certain agreement entitled "Water Systems Acquisition <br />Agreement", dated 2/20/79, as amended, provided and excepting, <br />however, that the surcharge levied hereby shall not apply to any <br />dwelling in Tract 1944, the owners of which installed a water system <br />under and pursuant to proceedings had and taken under the Improvement <br />Act of 1911 heretofore. The surcharge levied hereby shall not be <br />charged beyond five (5) years from and after the date when said <br />surcharge is first levied. <br /> <br />C. SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS <br /> <br /> All rates and service charges for service to premises outside <br />the City limits shall be dougle the above rates and charges except to those <br />premises outside the City limits heretofore served at the rates charged to those <br />within the City limits. <br /> <br />D. TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br /> <br /> (1) Water for construction work and other uses such that <br />service is required for only a limited time, not to exceed six months <br />as provided for in Section 39-26 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br />All water supplied from fire hydrants: <br /> <br />Per 100 Cubic Feet <br />Meter rental per day <br /> <br />$0.50 <br />$1.oo <br /> <br /> (2) Water for residential subdivision construction work not to <br />exceed four months as provided for in Section 39-29 of the Santa <br />Aha Municipal Code: <br /> <br /> All water supplied from fire hydrants or water services with <br />spacer connections: <br /> <br />Per Lot $12.00 <br />Per 100 feet of sewer ditch $ 3.33 <br /> <br /> <br />
