Casey .~ <br /> <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance Amending Section 9112.7 of~he Santa Aaa ~icipal <br /> Code to liberalize parking requirements in a District modi- <br /> fied by the additzion of PK~ <br /> <br />was introduced, considered, and placed on file for second reading. <br />. <br />This being the date set for hearing on the adoption of Sectional District Map <br />1-5-10, Exhibit A, which map repeals Districti~ Maps 13, 14, 17, and 1§; no <br />protests were received~ and the hearing was declared closed. On motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall, and carried, the following Qrdinauce <br />entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ord~uce adopting Sectional Distriot Map Number 1-5-10 <br /> Exhibit A" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered, and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing ordering certain modifications in those <br />proceedings for the ~mprovement of St. Andrew Place and other streets in <br />Assessment District No. 199; no protests were received and the hearing was <br />declared closed. Th~ Council, ~ving unanimous~V waived the reading of the <br />Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by Brewer, a~d carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resoluti~ No. 59-86 of ~he City Oouncil of the City of <br /> Santa Ama ordering certain modifications in those proceedings <br /> for the improvement of St. Andrew Place s~d other streets in- <br /> stituted pursuant to Resolution No. 58-139" <br /> <br />in Assessment District No. 199 was considered and passed by the following vote$ <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. ~onld, Jr., <br /> A. A. Hall, Bob Brewer, Dale H. Heinly <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, Map of Tract <br /> <br />No. 2704 filed by Sunny Homes, Inc. for the dedicati~ of Reitt ~treet~ <br /> <br />Edinger Street, I'(~nsend Street~ and alleys for public use for highway <br />purposes; also dedication of Lot "A" for drainage purposes; all vehicular <br />access rights excepting street intersections on Raitt Street and Edinger StreSS <br />are dedicated to the City and bond in the sum~ $48,000.00 was approved, <br />license fee in the sum of $1350.00 accepted, and agreement covering improve- <br />ments ordered signed. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Preliminary <br />Record of Survey Map filed by Industrial Enterprises defining lot lines on <br />one parcel located cn the so~th side of Alton Street approximately lbO0 <br />fee~ east of Main Street, was approved, subject to cc~di~imus. <br /> <br />On motion of Counc~mau Hall, seconded by Gould add carried, Prellmiuary <br /> <br />Record of Surve~ Map filed by Henry G. Buckwalter creating two lots at <br /> <br />the southwest corner of Bishop and Hallad~ Streets, was approved subject <br /> <br />to conditions. <br />. <br />A communication was read from the Planning Commission recommending approval <br />of Variance APplicatic~ No. 1090 filed by Dr. Eobert E. Casey for construc- <br />tion of a two-story office building on property situated at 2215 North <br />Broadway, in P-PK District, of 16,580 gross square feet of floor area <br />with reduction in setback to center line of Broadway of 46 feet, which <br />setback is established by apartments to the south; with a 3 foot setback <br />on ~he n~rth side and deletion of 3 foot yard requirements on the south side <br /> <br /> <br />
