Peddicord <br />to permit construction of a concrete block building (49 feet by 65 feet) to be <br />used for a Nursery School, designed to accmmmodate 4~ children, two to five <br />years (pre-kindergarten), with a fenced play yard from rear of the building approx- <br />imately 50 feet by 50 feet; the proposed building will front 30 feet back of side- <br />walk, with blacktopped area in fror$ allowing for off-street loading and un2~ding, <br />and off-street parking to the rear for six cars, on propert~ situated ca the east <br />side of North Grand Avenue, immediately south of 1741 North Grand Avenue, in R-1 <br />District. The applicant stated that Grand Avenne is no longer desirable for resi- <br />dential purposes due to heavy traffic, and agreed to conditions imDosed on the <br />Variance.
