<br />designs submitted by architects Finnegan and ,ilde for the Recreatiomal Building

<br />at E10alvador Park were approved.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, that escrow
<br />
<br />instructions be approved and signed for certain properties and with the following
<br />
<br />company, financial institution and an individual:
<br />
<br /> Orange County Farmers ~utual Fire insurance Con, any, a corporatic~, for
<br />street easement over the westm~l~12 feet of property at the northeast corner of
<br />~ain and Eleventh Streets,for North Vain Street widening, consideration of
<br />$40,000.00.
<br /> First ~estern B~kand Tr~st Company for street easement over the wes~e~.ly
<br />l0 feet of property on the east side of Main Street 100 feet north of Eighth
<br />Street for North Main Street widening ~A the sum of $3000.00.
<br />
<br /> Rs~ S. and Dominca Aguinaga conveying property for street right-of-way at
<br />the northwest corner of Eighth and Artesia Streets in consideration of the City
<br />paying all charges and expenses required to complete the proposed alteration on
<br />the existing market building located at said northwest corner, without cash
<br />consideration.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion
<br />
<br />of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following ~esolution
