Kellogg Post 1080, Veterans of Foreign <br />Wars to solicit funds and sell Poppies ~ay 22 and ~ay 23, 1959. <br />~ Application of Santa Aha Unit #131, American ~egion Auxiliary, to <br />solicit funds and sell Poppies ~ay 22 and May 23, 19~9. <br />,, <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the claim of <br /> <br />Frank Snyder for alleged injuries sustained in a fall on the sidewalk on the <br />north side of West Third Street, between Ross and Vm Ness Streets, in the sum <br /> <br />of $10,000.00 was referred to the Attorney and Insurance Carrier. <br />. <br />On motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by Huobard and carried, proper officials <br /> <br />were authorized to execute renewal of domestic water per~it with the State of <br /> <br />California, Department of Pu01ic Health, Oureau of Sanitary Engineering, for <br /> <br />the City water system. <br /> <br /> <br />
