<br />permitting installation of one-hour parking meters on ~irst Street, between
<br />Main Street and Broadway, ami Sycamore Street between First amd Walnut Streets,
<br />reference req~est of Guaranty Chevrolet, was considered and passed by the

<br />for an extension to July l, 1959, for detour purposes over City-owned property
