<br />The Mayor declared the motion tabled. It was moved by ~ounciLmau Hall, seconded
<br />by Hubbard and carried that the bids for the two four-door sedans be considered
<br />at this time. It was moved by Councilman Hall, seconded by Hubbard and carried
<br />that the bids ce returned to the Administrative otaff for recammendation as to
<br />the lowest and best bid, taking into consideration minimum specifications as
<br />well as others.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the Clerk was
<br />authorized to open the one old ~or the publication of legal notices and other
<br />matters required by law to be published for the fiscal year begir~ing July 1,
<br />1959, and ending June 30, 1960, as follows:
