Heinly <br /> None <br /> None <br /> <br />This Oeing the date set for hearLng and there oeing no persons present to be heard, <br />it appearing there was a failure to post notices of said hearing, it was moved by <br />Councilman Hall, seconded by Gould and carried, that the following Resolution <br />entitled: <br /> <br /> "~solution No. 59-144 declaring intention to estaolish setback <br /> lines under the designation of '~Future Right-of-~'a.~ '~ines~" <br /> <br />on Seventeenth Street from the Santa Ana River to the East Corporate Limits; on <br /> <br />W-ashington Avenue from Flower Street to Grand Avenue; Flower Street from a point <br /> <br />200 feet North of center line of Seventeenth Street to the center line of Pine <br /> and <br />Street,/setting the hearing date on July 6, 1959, was considered and passed by <br /> <br />the following vote: <br />A~s, bouncilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br /> Royal E. Hall, Bob Brewer, Dale H. ~einly <br /> None <br /> None <br /> <br />This being the date set for the continued hearing on ame~xling Section 9250 of the <br />~unicipal Code - Setback Lines established, the Mayor continued the hearing to <br />July 6, 1959. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, Tentative T~'act <br />Map 3423 filed by Douglas Edwards creating 259 residential lots located generally <br />between Fairview and Sullivan Streets and McFadden and Borchard Streets, was <br />approved, subject to conditions. A. n. McMains, representing the applicant~ <br />stated there were no objections.to the conditions. <br /> <br />The Mayor disqualified himself on the following matte~~· Vice-~ayor Hall assumed <br />the Chair. On motion of Councilman Huooard, seconded by ~oald mud carried, Tent- <br />ative Tract Map 33~7 filed by Villa Riviera Development Corporation creating <br /> <br />35 residential lots located approximately 830 feet south of ~estminster (17th <br />Street) Avenue and 1320 feet east of ~ewhope Street, was approved, suoject to <br /> <br />conditions. <br />,, <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, Tentative Tract <br /> <br />Map 34L7 filed by J. W. ~enney creating 20 single faultily residential lots located <br />generally 1139 feet west of Tustzn Avenue on the north side of F~nit Otreet, was <br />approved, su0ject to conditions. <br /> <br />The Ma,.or resumed the Chair. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, rrelnninary ~ecord <br />of Survey filed by Salvador Lopez splitting a lot located generally 230 feet <br />west of Orange ~venue on the north side of Flora Street, was approved, subject to <br />conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded 0y Hall and carried, Preliminary Record <br />of Survey filed by Haviland V. Smith dividing a parcel located generally on the <br />south side of Delhi Road, 620 feet east of ~ristol Street, was approved, subject <br />to conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />
