<br />Communication was read from the Commission recommending approval of Variance
<br />Application No. 1124 filed by Clarence ~. and Ralph T. Sielaff to establish
<br />and operate a trailer park on property situated on the east side of Standard
<br />Avenue, between McFadden and St. Andrew Streets, in M-1 District, suoject to
<br />conditions. Woody Reagan, 2027 N. Main Otreet, on oehalf of the applicants,
<br />stated he su0mitted a new plot plan showing all one-way roads to oe 22 feet
<br />and would agree to the other conditio:Ls. On motion of Councilman Hall,
<br />seconded by Hubbard smd carried, Variance application iqo. 1124 was granted,
<br />subject to conditions and the further condition that all one-way roads oe
<br />
<br />22 feet.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded oy Hall and carried, the communi-
<br />cation from the Planning Commission recommending approval of proposed annex-
<br />ation of property consisting of approximately 35 acres located on the south
<br />side of Edinger Street, approximately 331.86 feet west of Bristol Street,
<br />in part, extending to one lot depth west of Douglas Street on the west,
<br />and extending south approximasely 1292.78 feet, designated "~dinger and
<br />
<br /> Poplar Oouth Annex" was received and filed.

<br /> The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on
<br /> motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following
<br /> Hesolation entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 59-145 initiating proceediugs for the
<br /> annexation of territory to the City of Santa ana, des-
<br /> ignating an appropriate name of '~dinger and Poplar
<br /> South annex~' and eying notice of time and place of
<br /> hearing protests thereto"
<br />
<br /> and setting hearing date on July 20, 1959, was considered and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:

<br />south of Fifth Street, in the sum of $3,010.00.

<br /> Allison Honer ~ompany for street easement along King Street,
<br />south of ~ifth Street, in the sum of $5,000.00.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the ~esolution, on motion
<br />of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Hesolution
<br />entitled:
