<br />hearing to be held July 13, 1959, to precise right of way on both sides of

<br />Ward Street measured h2 feet from and at right angle s to the survey center line.

<br />Map 3391 filed by Fairview Properties creating 45 residential lots located gen-

<br />Avenue (~est McFadden Avenue) was approved, suoject to conditions.

<br />The Manager presented a map and memorandum dated June 15, 1959 frcm the Depart-
<br />ment of Public Works as a portion of the file on Preliminary Map submitted by
<br />Nathan Schneider creating 4 industrial lots located generally on the north
<br />
<br />side of Delhi Hoad llO0 feet east of Harbor boulevard, and on motion of Council-
<br />man Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the map and memorandum were
<br />
<br />received,
